                        Brand Name Brand name have the power to stay the product for a long time.There are few conditions for staying power of brand name. Brand name should be easy to pronounce ,easy to spell,short and have some meaning.Interestingly few brand name made major impact in the market.Few people know that  Dalda ghee is brand name or generic name.We indians know two types of ghee one is Dalda ghee another is desi ghee.Truth is Dalda is brand name and generic name is vanaspati ghee.That is the power of brand name. MY MOTHER'S RECEIPE AND MANAGEMENT What we learn from Mother's we don't or we don't want to know.Actually Mother's are our first teachers even Mothers tell us how to sit in class room and how listen to teachers.Even they hear our complains calmly from teachers. When I looked back one sentence told by my Mother to me "FACE IS  THE INDEX OF MIND"this sentence told me not to teach me and not explained. I only remember when this sentence said  that time i was in class 7th or 8th. .I dont know how many times i lied to my mother now i came to know i was making a fool of mine.My mother just read my face. Actually we play different role with diffrent people.In past i think only clothes are available Formal ,Casual ,and Party wear now i think we have three diffrent faces also.              Let Them Spark  Hello friends I was away busy in my classes.i have written about manager 's relationship with subordinates.one more thing remember give them space and friendly atmosphere.here I am giving example of tube light whenever you switch on it will take few seconds to complete on..but also current is passing through it.if you switch off without wait it resulted in to darkness..One more thing perhaps you are using electricity or power but also you are using stater and choke..similarly managers should give appropriate time to spark them so that brightness of their ideas can spread all around..

If manager possesses the qualities of good leader it is easy for him to build a strong team.Generally subordinates do not trust managers and controlling is difficult task also for all managers.Controlling is like servicing of your car.It is also said that if you are going to control everything in end you may control nothing.As I said earlier managers can achieve task by negative motivation also. There must be controlled preassure on subordinates.If you look at prefume bottels whenever we press it fragrance spread all around as there is controlled preassure in it.If there is controlled preassure on subordinates they are always around you like fragrance..... Just recall about my previous blog ,i have written about to maintain a fair distance between subordinate and managers..further i would like to say if manager succeds to maintain  the distance..then he will definitly earn respect. here i define respect as R..Recieve E...Extra S...Support from P...Persons E....Ended into C....Corporated & Cordinated T...Team.. Team building is not easy and each every one from different backrounds ..different thoughts..and with different goals..managers have to make cordination between them..Manager should have all qualities of good  leader.All leader's are good managers and all manager's are not good leaders.. Managers ahould have ego.but they know how to use it..in mathematics even and odd numbers are same..when we negatively motivate any one he will for sure going to complete the task..but then ego means EARN GRACE FROM ODDS.. Hi friends..I am here once again for disturbing you in your summer vacations.How to attempt question paper in examination hall.It is very simple but fruitful tips as under.. 1.Always keep spare pen with you.Use only those pens which are your favourite. 2.Always wear comfortable uniform in exams. 3.In first 15 minutes go through the question papers thoroughly. 4.Preferably attempt those question which carry highest marks . 5.Always remember onething the question which you are going to attempt is first and last.The reason behind is if you assume its first you will give your best.if you assume its the last you will not take rest. 6.After completing each question revise it immidiately.It is easy to correct the mistake in one answer instead of all at a stretch. 7.Always read number of question and number of pages in question paper.Make sure in mind you have seen the whole question paper. 8.Do not try new things in exams you are not here for experiments. 9.Never think about that qu...
