MY MOTHER'S RECEIPE AND MANAGEMENT
What we learn from Mother's we don't or we don't want to know.Actually Mother's are our first teachers even Mothers tell us how to sit in class room and how listen to teachers.Even they hear our complains calmly from teachers.
When I looked back one sentence told by my Mother to me "FACE IS  THE INDEX OF MIND"this sentence told me not to teach me and not explained. I only remember when this sentence said  that time i was in class 7th or 8th. .I dont know how many times i lied to my mother now i came to know i was making a fool of mine.My mother just read my face.

Actually we play different role with diffrent people.In past i think only clothes are available Formal ,Casual ,and Party wear now i think we have three diffrent faces also.
But what we think always come to our face.Thats why i think Video Conversations are preferred in important deals or in new deals.Even One of my favourite dialouge of Mr.AMITABH BACHAN'S movie Agnipath
said Phone bhi ajeeb cheez hai ,insaan sochta kuch hai bolta kuch hai aur hotta kuch hai.Means we want direct interaction in important issues we want to see face of the person.Here my mothers receipe works.
Now i find receipe in above sentence.We all are part of this diplomatic world,now a days it become an art.Sales depends on three C's (1)Convince (2) Confuse (3) Cry.I think sales personal are the best judge they even without training know the soft skills.They Judge from customer face and proceed accordingly.Really you find FACE IS THE INDEX OF MIND.

I am teacher now teaching to the students of current generation really need some special god's power which i feel in every moment in my class.And another thing is the sentence told by my mother FACE IS THE INDEX OF MIND helps me every time whenever students are giving me excuses of not doing home work.My students most of the time surprised how i came to know the truth.My mothers receipe really proved many times guided me like other theory of management.I came to know you can make fool to the world but not your mothers to whom we speak unlimited lies in a day.Mothers are our first teachers their receipes streangth not only our body but also our mind.
