If manager possesses the qualities of good leader it is easy for him to build a strong team.Generally subordinates do not trust managers and controlling is difficult task also for all managers.Controlling is like servicing of your car.It is also said that if you are going to control everything in end you may control nothing.As I said earlier managers can achieve task by negative motivation also.
There must be controlled preassure on subordinates.If you look at prefume bottels whenever we press it fragrance spread all around as there is controlled preassure in it.If there is controlled preassure on subordinates they are always around you like fragrance.....
