Managers ahould have ego.but they know how to use it..in mathematics even and odd numbers are same..when we negatively motivate any one he will for sure going to complete the task..but then ego means EARN GRACE FROM ODDS..
EGO should be like as we see behind the trucks KRIPAYA UCHIT DURI BANAYE RAKHE..All managers feel really happy when they delegate thier authority..means 1+1=2. If they keep fair distance means their should not be + then it means it become 11 means eleven..
